My Bio
I've been doing art, or trying to, for as long as I can remember. I've wanted to start selling my stuff since high school, but have been too nervous, and afraid others wouldn't like it. In college I started to get custom orders, then I got married, and, well, my husband helped me be a bit more confident, and pushed me to go for it, so that's what I'm doing! My days off from work are dedicated to painting/drawing, and I love it! I paint in our basement apartment, covering the couches with old sheets, then getting to work while having a movie play and my husband cuddled up next to me. There has definitely been a lack of art coming from myself lately. I'm trying to find a way to balance art with work, time with my husband, etc, and, well, I suck at it. My attempt at balance has resulted in me doing no art for almost two weeks, except for fixing a freckle on a custom painting. I've always been an all or nothing kind of person, but as I get older come more responsibilities, and a bigger need than ever for balance. I wish I knew how. Either I go to work, come home and paint til about 5am, or I do nothing, and am domestic and spending a lot of time with my husband. I love art, and I love the domesticated things and the hu

I'm trying to get out there, promote, and to be frank, it's ridiculously frustrating! I am not a patient person, so this whole waiting for my name to get out there thing kinda drags. Luckily, I have a husband who supports me endlessly, and gets me laughing when I'm down. Any advice? I'm open to it!
